This is pricey for what it is (a big piece of molded plastic), but it does what I wanted it to do.
I am short and bought a medium-sized balance ball to use as a chair (a small ball, which is the size recommended for my 5 foot height, wouldn't let me reach my desk!) To solve the problem of my feet reaching the ground, I have a foam footrest. Unfortunately, if I moved at all, I would sometimes start to roll off the ball completely and could not stop myself. (Dangerous in a small space.) This base works - now I can't fall off the ball! -- pricey for what it is, but it works
