THIS IS SO PERFECT TO SHED THE POUNDS AWAY..I HAVE BEEN USING THE BALLY TWIST BOARD WHICH I CALL THE “TWISTERCISE”, FOR A MONTH AND HAVE LOST FIVE POUNDS..ITS FUN AND EASY..I ENJOY IT MORE WHEN I PLAY MY OWN MUSIC AND JUST TWIST AWAY

I love this thing! It’s so light weight and easy to use. It works on any surface and is a great ab workout as well as a thigh work out (if you bend your knees a bit).
